Responsibilities:

• Coordinate customer activation end-to-end as the primary contact, onboarding new clients and enabling selected products for existing clients.
• Advise clients on process requirements and support customers and Relationship Managers in collaboration with internal teams.
• Align client needs with internal rules and local and international regulations.
• Manage customer request pipelines and meet internal and client deadlines.
• Build a cross-functional network to meet customer needs.

• Ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication, influencing and negotiation skills with customers and internal teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in banking, finance, economics or a similar field.
