• 10+ years of experience in valuation, risk, or product control
• Strong understanding of global accounting and regulatory developments
• In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, market dynamics, and valuation methodologies
• Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Proven ability to work with stakeholders in driving change
• Excellent people management skills
