Responsibilities:

• Respond to customers by phone, chat and email, inbound and outbound, for the Russian market.
• Handle confidential travel information, including hotel bookings and plane tickets, with sensitivity.
• Provide proactive, patient, empathetic and understanding customer service.
• Represent a popular travel agency as a brand ambassador.

• Employment contract or civil contract, with full-time and part-time options.
• Modern workplace at Zabrska 19 in Katowice.
• Team-building events and team leader support throughout the cooperation.
• Fully paid training before direct customer contact.
• Polish and English language classes.
• Recognition and performance awards, including financial awards.
• Referral campaign with earnings of up to PLN 4,000 gross.
• Free courses via Concentrix University and LinkedIn Learning.

• Russian language skills at C1 level and English at a minimum B2 level.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including evening work until 11:00 PM CET, three weekends per month and local public holidays.
• Previous experience in customer service, a call center, tourism or the airline industry is preferred.
