Responsibilities:

• Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps.
• Collect, register in a single repository, safeguard and enable reuse of existing ICT training materials and related process docs.
• Gather lessons learned from past and current trainings.
• Set objectives, propose learning methods, programmes, sourcing and effectiveness metrics for ICT applications.
• Deliver trainings: classes, workshops and lab sessions for end users.
• Provide trainings and mentoring for mid and top management on ICT applications.
• Bridge developers and users by contributing to requirements and change management from training feedback.
• Participate in rollout of new ICT applications and plan/deliver associated trainings.
• Analyse business processes and learn new applications to prepare accurate trainings.
• Design training programmes, materials, hands-on exercises and evaluation methods.
• Produce training assets: manuals, CBT, e-learning, video tutorials and scenarios.
• Promote training offerings among staff.
• Manage schedules, book facilities and prepare technical training environments (training instances).

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position
• Bachelor's degree
• English level: C1 confirmed by a certificate or be willing to take the exam
• Possession of at least one training certification, such as CompTIA CTT+ or an internationally recognized equivalent certification accepted by the Contracting Authority
• Proven experience as a trainer in ICT technologies and tools
• Experience in planning training scope, designing and developing training materials, and evaluating training effectiveness
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Capability to conduct workshops and instructor-led trainings in classroom and remote environments
• Knowledge of effective teaching standards, methods and techniques
• Knowledge of office automation tools, video conferencing and training tools
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Mastery of SharePoint and SharePoint platform-specific tools
• Expertise in providing support and trainings to end users
• Exceptional collaborative skills
