Technical SEO Manager

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Support building SEO systems at scale - internal linking, sitemap and indexability lifecycle management, taxonomy, and automated content optimization across millions of URLs and markets
• Write code and build your own tools - scrapers, scripts, and dashboards (e.g. automating Google Search Console data pulls beyond UI limits)
• Work AI-natively - use LLMs and automation by default when building, investigating, and scaling
• Own crawl and indexation health on a high-URL-velocity site; analyze server logs and build early-warning dashboards for crawl anomalies, indexation drops, and regressions
• Diagnose, measure, and instrument page speed - from real user metrics and lab traces to network, rendering, and server layers
• Debug rendering edge cases, redirect chains, CDN/edge behavior, bot-versus-user serving, and caching bugs
• Co-design and run large-scale SEO experiments and turn results into rollout decisions
• Automate recurring SEO work so it runs without you
• Act as technical communicator between SEO and engineering - write specs and guide architectural decisions for SEO scalability
• Support SEO Product Managers with technical opportunity discovery and requirements
• Fully remote position, work from anywhere within European timezones

• 5+ years in technical SEO with proven organic growth results, including hands-on work on sites with 1M+ indexed URLs and high URL velocity
• Experience working closely with engineers in an agile environment
• Ability to build - comfortable creating code (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript/Python/PHP) to build tools, automations, and scrapers
• Deep understanding of how the web works under the hood - HTTP, networking, servers, CDNs and edge compute, caching, redirects, rendering, and modern JS frameworks; fluent in browser devtools
• Strong data skills - pulling, joining, and interrogating large datasets (access logs, GSC, crawl data, analytics) and building dashboards and reports
• Pragmatic growth mindset - avid and quick learner who knows when to execute
• Strong communication skills - making technical SEO problems clear and actionable for developers, product, and leadership

• Experience building AI-native / LLM-powered tooling and automation for SEO at scale
• Experimentation mindset with a track record of SEO tests ran at scale
• International / multi-language SEO experience
• Background in B2C platforms with high content velocity, e.g. job boards or marketplaces
• Experience owning a data pipeline or observability stack (log processing, BigQuery, or similar)
