• Strategist with strong experience in organic social media
• Experience working with D2C brands, particularly in dietary supplements and beauty categories
• Deep understanding of what performs well on social media (clicks, engagement, viral potential)
• Strong familiarity with Instagram & TikTok environments
• Up-to-date with trends, formats, and platform dynamics
• Able to turn insights into clear content strategies
• Proactive, independent thinker who brings ideas and direction
• Profile leans more toward strategy than execution

• Organic Social Media Strategy: Experience in creating and leading organic social media strategies, ability to identify trends and high-performing content formats, strong understanding of virality and engagement mechanics
• Creative Briefing & Feedback: Experience in briefing creative teams (copywriters, designers), ability to provide clear, actionable feedback, ensuring consistency between content and overall strategy
• Client Collaboration: Willingness to join client meetings when needed, strong understanding of brand positioning and target audience
• Research & Content Translation: Strong research skills within the supplements / health space, ability to translate complex or technical topics into engaging, easy-to-digest content
• Fluency in Polish and a very good command of English
