Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and maintain backend services supporting large-scale digital banking platforms
- Take ownership of backend testing activities within the Agile team, ensuring software quality, reliability, and performance
- Develop and maintain unit, integration, and API tests to support continuous delivery and high-quality releases
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Participate in technical analysis, solution design, and architectural discussions
- Contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, including implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance, and continuous improvement
- Use AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency, testing, and automation of routine tasks
- Work closely with cross-functional team members to deliver secure, scalable, and customer-focused digital banking solutions

Kogo poszukujemy?
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java backend development
- Experience with Java (JDK 21+) and Spring Boot 3.5, with knowledge of newer versions (JDK 25+ and Spring Boot 4.x)
- Practical knowledge of Git, Maven, and OpenAPI (Swagger)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, release procedures, and Jenkins
- Experience with unit and integration testing using JUnit 5, AssertJ, and WireMock
- Knowledge of SQL, JDBC, Spring Template, and Hibernate ORM
- Familiarity with IntelliJ IDEA, Visual Studio Code, and API testing tools (Bruno, IntelliJ HTTP Client, Postman)
- Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and Angular 2+
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools to improve development, testing, and automation efficiency
Nice to have:
- Experience with API testing using Cucumber/Gherkin and performance testing with JMeter
- Familiarity with qTest, Playwright, Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus
- ISTQB Foundation certification
