Senior Business Analyst

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes in Figma
• Conduct UX reviews and contribute to the end-to-end user experience of the marketplace
• Collaborate closely with software developers to ensure requirements are correctly understood and implemented
• Maintain functional and technical documentation
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or IT Analyst in software product delivery
• Hands-on experience with UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and Figma
• Strong ability to write functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams in close collaboration with developers
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills
• Fluent written and spoken English for documentation and communication with international stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Experience in data-related domains such as data platforms, analytics, or data governance
• Experience working on data marketplace, data catalog, or data platform products
• Familiarity with data mesh architecture
• Background combining UX design and IT analysis responsibilities within a single role
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
