Sanctions Junior Analyst

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Perform verification of transactions and documentation against sanctions requirements within defined timelines
• Collaborate with other bank units
• Ensure compliance with the procedures and rules prevailing at Citi
• Active order management from receipt to completion (status tracking, handling queries, sending reminders)
• Identify and escalate issues encountered during daily activities
• Provide support to other teams as directed by the manager
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations
• Work in a hybrid model (currently up to 2 days working at home per week)

• Good command of English, both written and spoken (B2 or higher)
• Strong attention to detail
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage tight deadlines
• Readiness to work in shifts (early – 7:00 AM, mid – 9:00 AM, late – 11:30 AM), including public holidays
• Experience in sanctions or a related area (AML, KYC, Compliance) will be an asset
