Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Lead the ICAAP and Stress Testing team, accountable for end-to-end delivery of stress test and capital adequacy results across 60+ Legal Entities in EMEA, APAC, and LATAM
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team executing ICAAP cycles and regulatory/internal Stress Testing exercises
• Establish and enforce robust internal controls, ensuring data lineage, model output integrity, and adherence to global regulatory frameworks and internal risk policies
• Champion global risk transformation programs, aligning local execution with enterprise-wide data governance and infrastructure standards
• Partner closely with Risk leaders to communicate complex risk results and influence strategic decision-making
• Act as primary escalation point for audit inquiries, regulatory reviews, and supervisory assessments related to stress testing and ICAAP reporting
• Lead identification, design, and implementation of AI projects to automate reporting pipelines, optimize data validation, automate narrative commentary, and eliminate manual workflows
• Architect and execute the technology roadmap for reporting and analytics, integrating automated workflows and elevating reporting frameworks using modern BI and data visualization tools

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Risk Management, Regulatory Reporting, and Stress Testing within global corporate/investment banking
• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in leading, managing, and developing a team (performance management, talent development, workload prioritization)
• Advanced knowledge of ICAAP, Capital Adequacy frameworks, Enterprise Stress Testing, and regulatory expectations across major jurisdictions
• Proven track record of managing diverse teams, driving cultural change, and managing complex multi-regional stakeholder environments
• Strong understanding of Business Intelligence architectures, data models, and analytics tooling, with proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in designing, implementing, or overseeing AI-driven solutions and workflow automation projects within risk, finance, or analytical operations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Quantitative Methods, Computer Science, or related quantitative field (FRM, CFA, or PRM certification is an advantage)
• Working knowledge of or prior exposure to Python is considered a plus
• Full professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
