Remote Customer Service with German

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Handling customer inquiries regarding technical issues and product functionality.
• Diagnosing reported problems and proposing solutions.
• Providing product-related information.
• Registering requests in internal systems.
• Working remotely with flexible availability within project operating hours (Monday-Friday 9:00-18:00, Saturday 10:00-16:00).

• Very good command of German (Advanced).
• Good command of English (Basic).
• Experience in customer service.
• Basic knowledge of household appliances (e.g., washing machine, refrigerator, TV).
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Stable wired internet connection and a quiet environment for service provision.
• Ability to work with computer tools efficiently.
• Availability of at least 120 hours per month (flexible distribution).
