Quality Assurance Engineer

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities:

• Validate functional behavior of wired and wireless security sensors and peripheral devices.
• Test normal operation, fault conditions, power-up, reset and recovery scenarios.
• Verify battery performance and power consumption profiles.
• Perform environmental and robustness testing in support of real-world reliability.
• Support EN 50131 compliance readiness through structured test evidence.
• Create and maintain test plans, test reports and defect documentation.
• Collaborate with R&D engineers, product management and compliance teams.

• Full-time employment under an employment contract with a base salary of 149,958–176,421 PLN annually.

• Engineering degree in Electronics or a related technical field.
• Experience in Quality Assurance, including hardware, embedded or electromechanical products.
• Hands-on device-level testing experience in laboratory or field environments.
• Ability to translate product and system requirements into effective test scenarios.
• Strong attention to physical, behavioral and usability edge cases.
• Practical knowledge of QA processes, methods and tools.
• Analytical, data-driven approach to testing and reporting.
• Clear communication and documentation skills.
• Good command of English in writing and speech.

• Test automation skills using Python.
• ISTQB certificate.
• Experience with the Atlassian toolchain.
• Experience with EN 50131 or similar standards.
• Experience in intrusion, detection or access domains.
