• Final assembly setup and continuous process improvement
• Production layout, work instructions, quality procedures, KPI implementation
• Team leadership: planning, prioritizing, coordinating daily work
• Ramp-up support and solving technical/process issues
• Training and developing technicians
• Collaboration with management, HR, purchasing, and external partners

• English at C1 level
• Experience in final assembly setup and production process improvement
• Knowledge of production layout, work instructions, and quality procedures
• Team leadership skills
• Ability to train and develop technicians
• Problem-solving and technical issue resolution
