Payments Operation Specialist

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple teams within Payment Operations Business Service.
• Handle queries accurately to meet agreed quality standards and targets.
• Complete tasks in line with established procedures and standards.
• Identify and escalate issues, transactions and potential showstoppers affecting service delivery or potential loss to the bank.
• Respond to process-related emails and queries promptly, copying the Line Manager where required.
• Support business partners and maintain knowledge of procedures and payment products.

• Monthly gross salary of 7,634–9,500 PLN, with discretionary variable pay.

• Strong relationship-building skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Computer literacy.
• Fluent English.

• German or another additional language.
• Professional experience in a shared-services environment.
• General knowledge of payments and the SWIFT communication channel.
