• Monitor and assess regulatory implications; discuss solutions with executive management.
• Manage regulatory reporting projects for timely delivery.
• Analyze risk guidelines, standards, rules, and regulations.
• Partner with senior bank, risk management, regulators, and auditors.
• Initiate feedback sessions with regulators; leverage insights for organizational change.
• Identify development opportunities for key individuals.
• Collaborate to implement process changes and optimize reporting efficiency.
• Manage and mitigate risks; ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct assessments to identify weaknesses and reporting deficiencies; communicate findings.
• Facilitate discussions to improve data quality and mitigate risks.
• Analyze gaps in regulatory reporting; drive improvement, open CAPs, and ensure remediation within target dates.
• Address process risks; drive MCA control effectiveness via risk evaluation and remediation plans.
• Align with firm-wide initiative to transition from manual to straight-through processing for regulatory reports.
• Supervise audit reviews; provide justification for auditor observations.
• Ensure compliance with Regulatory Reporting Framework in communications with regulators.

• 10+ years of relevant experience in regulatory reporting, risk management, or compliance.
• Fluent in English and French (both written and verbal); Arabic is an advantage.
• Thorough knowledge of financial and regulatory reporting; experience from business or technical area desired.
• Familiarity with regulatory landscape facing global banks; ideally worked in banking industry or regulatory institutions.
• Prior experience in managing regulatory inspections and audits within a financial services company.
• Professional ability to interact with senior bank, regulatory, and audit management.
• Proven relationship management skills with ability to deepen relationships and build partnerships across business, executive leadership, and key functional support areas.
• Project management experience with proven ability to develop project plans and drive diverse stakeholders to achieve milestones and deadlines.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent large-scale projects from ideation through testing and implementation.
• Knowledge of banking domain (Payments & Receivables, International Trade, Corporate Cards, Onboarding) especially regulatory reporting and basic understanding of various policies.
