Management Accountant

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Management Accountant in the Krakow office owning financial and management reporting for LoopMe's Poland entities. Responsibilities include leading the month-end close (balance sheet reconciliations, P&L reviews, variance analysis), managing bank reconciliations, staff expense approvals and payroll administration with a third-party provider, reviewing monthly journals, intercompany and fixed asset accounting, preparing consolidated bonus and recharge postings, managing AP team postings, supporting annual accounts, audits and financial reporting, delivering expense training to new employees and supporting ad hoc finance projects such as quarter-end and year-end. Hybrid role: in the office Tuesday to Thursday, remote on Monday and Friday.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Candidate with 2–5 years of experience in a finance role, excellent written and spoken English, strong Excel and MS Office skills, currently studying towards an ACA, ACCA, CIMA or AAT qualification, with strong organisation and problem-solving skills — able to prioritise well, make quick decisions and meet deadlines. Nice to have: experience with NetSuite and in the AdTech industry.
