Loan Operations Analyst

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Process, maintain and administrate financial operations in a global environment
• Prepare reports and statistics for partners
• Contribute to the syndicated and bilateral loaning process
• Identify and report on vulnerabilities and risks in the process
• Clarify and resolve discrepancies between the data
• Provide day-to-day loan transactional processing, including booking cash transactions, making payments, performing loan reconciliations, input of general ledger entries and complex calculations
• Interact with counterparties around positions and outstanding balances/claims
• Support an expansive and/or diverse array of products (risk and control) and services
• Work in a hybrid model (2 days working from home per week)

• 0-2 years of relevant professional experience
• Understanding of syndicated loan processes, procedures, products and services
• Very good command of English
• Strong analytical skills and good attention to details
• Working knowledge of MS Office, with a strong focus on MS Excel (experience with macros and VBA will be a huge advantage)
• Ability to identify, mitigate, manage, resolve, and escalate risks and issues
• Awareness of risk types, policies and control measures and processes
• Compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations and policies
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
