KYC Operations Analyst

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities:

• Monitor AML activities and support governance, oversight and regulatory reporting with the Compliance and Control team.
• Develop and manage Citi's internal KYC programme.
• Review client account profiles and documentation for compliance with local regulations and Citi standards.
• Update KYC forms and client profiles, and follow up with clients to obtain information on time.
• Track KYC records and Appendix approvals, plan action for expiring records and prevent overdue records.
• Assess risk, comply with laws and policies, and escalate, manage and report control issues.

• Hybrid work, currently up to two days from home per week.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in banking operations, preferably client account opening and its prerequisites.
• Bachelor's or university degree, or equivalent experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
