Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Supporting the Web & Mobile business unit in go-to-market and marketing activities
• Creating case studies, client stories, website content, LinkedIn posts and other marketing materials
• Researching companies, industries, competitors, trends and topics relevant to potential clients
• Creating content around real client problems and improving Blazity's visibility across Google and AI-powered search tools
• Supporting sales and outbound activities by researching potential clients and identifying relevant business triggers
• Supporting content and marketing activities with technology partners
• Researching relevant events and conferences and preparing marketing materials around them
• Distributing content across LinkedIn, the website, external platforms and other channels
• Organizing and maintaining the marketing and sales library (case studies, presentations, one-pagers, use cases)
• Repurposing existing webinars, interviews and videos into new content formats
• Tracking basic GTM performance metrics and identifying topics and channels that generate interest
• Experimenting with AI tools to speed up research, content creation, analysis and everyday marketing work

• At the beginning of your career with a strong interest in marketing and go-to-market
• Genuine interest in marketing, technology, AI, startups or business development
• Curiosity about how technology companies build their brands, attract customers and grow
• Enjoy researching topics and turning information into something valuable
• Ability to write clearly and communicate ideas in a simple, engaging way
• Good English, especially written
• Organized, proactive and comfortable working independently
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity, or willing to learn how to use them effectively
• Willingness to experiment, test ideas, learn from results and improve
• Taking ownership of tasks without needing step-by-step guidance

• Previous experience in marketing, content, social media, research or sales
• Experience running a LinkedIn profile, blog, newsletter, social media account, website or personal project
• Basic knowledge of SEO or content marketing
• Interest in software development, SaaS, AI or technology
• Experience with tools such as Notion, Canva, Google Analytics or HubSpot
