• Edit video with a sharp eye for rhythm, continuity, music, and captions
• Build content around solid storytelling: hook, tension, story, payoff
• Adapt content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Stay on top of trends, formats, and aesthetics across social media
• Take briefs and feedback like a pro, and keep your files/versions organized

• Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools
• Great eye and strong sense of taste
• Basic video editing skills, comfortable in Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools
• Understanding of composition, color, light, and typography basics
• Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts culture
• Creative and curious
• Fast learner, open to feedback
• Patient with testing and iterating
• Detail-oriented and accountable
• Genuine interest in visual culture, film, and internet trends

• Film, photography, graphic design, or other visual background
• Motion design or After Effects skills
