IT Project Manager

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities:

• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, risks and dependencies.
• Lead delivery teams, coordinate business and technology stakeholders, and facilitate workshops and governance decisions.
• Plan and support MFA rollout across business units and geographies; track adoption, progress, risks and status reporting.
• Manage MFA exceptions, compensating controls, remediation, escalations and blockers.
• Coordinate testing, user acceptance, pilots and production releases.
• Ensure deliverables meet IAM, security, regulatory and governance requirements.
• Manage stakeholder communication, change management and business readiness for MFA adoption.
• Support resource planning, budget tracking, vendor coordination and delivery governance.

• Hybrid work from Gdynia or Gdańsk, with 2–3 office days per week.
• Flexible work organization, Jit-funded training and integration meetings.
• International teams and daily exposure to English.

• Proven delivery of enterprise IAM or cybersecurity projects, preferably MFA or access management initiatives.
• Experience coordinating large-scale user migration or authentication transformation projects.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Hello for Business, conditional access policies, authentication methods and access controls.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across business, technology and security functions.
• Experience managing scope, risks, dependencies, schedules, budgets, governance and executive reporting.
• Extensive experience in IAM delivery and transformation.
• Experience managing international teams and large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Knowledge of access governance, RBAC, Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, segregation of duties and compliance controls.
