IT Cost and Contracts Manager

Responsibilities:

• Review and challenge third-party IT cost submissions with Business Managers, Procurement, Architecture, Engineering and COOs.
• Manage the IT contract lifecycle, including renewals, demand reviews, contract calendars and renewal triggers.
• Maintain governance and controls for IT expenditure and drive cost reduction across technology.
• Build stakeholder relationships, influence senior management and improve commercial decision-making.
• Embed risk and compliance processes, develop business cases and support global commercial projects.

• Monthly gross salary of 14,384–18,000 PLN plus discretionary variable pay.

• At least 3 years of proven experience in vendor, cost or commercial management, or related procurement category roles, preferably in a multinational financial institution.
• A track record of identifying cost reduction and optimisation opportunities.
• Good understanding of procurement sourcing and category management principles and sound financial knowledge.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure platforms and vendor management policies.
• Experience managing IT contracts and strong commercial awareness.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, including communication with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
• An analytical approach and the ability to understand and resolve problems.
