HR Systems, Projects and Reporting Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare HR analytics, regular reports and executive presentations to support data-driven decisions.
• Coordinate communications and reporting for the +Impact employee survey; track management action plans.
• Support global performance cycles: goal setting, mid- and end-year reviews, reporting, reminders and user guidance.
• Provide Tier-2 support for Oracle HCM (MyHR) Recruiting, Learning, Performance and Compensation.
• Create interactive EasyGenerator eLearning content and guide and train managers and employees.
• Reconcile MyHR data with local payroll systems; perform monthly checks and audits; maintain HR data quality and governance.
• Consolidate and analyze HR data for ESG and CSRD reporting; support internal audits with data validation and documentation.

• Stable employment in an international company.
• Hybrid work: daily office attendance during the three-month probation; afterwards, two days from home and three in the office.

• Gross monthly base salary: PLN 8,600–10,700, depending on experience and commitment.

• Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in HR Operations or HR Systems support.
• Experience creating eLearning content with tools such as EasyGenerator.
• Strong analytical skills for HR data audits, payroll reconciliation, and mass data uploads.
• Ability to produce executive-level reports and presentation materials.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and a strong stakeholder service mindset.
• Ability to manage survey processes and drive action-plan implementation.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced global environment.

• Knowledge of German.
• Knowledge of ESG and CSRD reporting requirements.
