Health & Safety Specialist

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Part-time role: 0.1 FTE (16 hours per month), ensuring a secure work environment and promoting staff health
• Ensuring adherence to Polish occupational health and safety regulations (Kodeks pracy, rozporządzenia BHP)
• Conducting workplace risk assessments and maintaining detailed documentation
• Coordinating and delivering required OSH training for new hires and periodic refreshers
• Investigating workplace incidents and near-misses and preparing detailed reports
• Coordinating medical examinations (badania wstępne, okresowe, kontrolne)
• Liaising with PIP, Sanepid and other regulatory authorities to ensure flawless compliance
• Maintaining OSH records and internal audit schedules meticulously
• Advising management on safety improvements and legal updates

• Higher education or post-graduate certificate in BHP/OSH (per Rozporządzenie MEN 2004)
• Proven experience in an OSH role
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and BHP regulations
• Proficiency in Polish (required); English is a plus
• Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills
