Head of UK and Western Europe CCB Onboarding

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Lead the Onboarding strategy for UK and Western Europe at Citi's strategic Warsaw hub (EMEA). Act as a strategic partner to senior business, sales and product leaders to drive growth and revenue realization. Ensure delivery against business goals including revenue conversion targets, Scorecard KPIs and Must Win Battles, and cost management through budgetary discipline. Deliver a world-class onboarding experience: end-to-end management of the client portfolio, from complex deal onboarding to Account Opening and Maintenance processing and cash product implementations. Drive client satisfaction (VoC), reduce onboarding cycle times, minimize deal slippage and shorten time-to-revenue. Serve as senior escalation point. Lead complex transformation initiatives improving client experience, productivity, scalability and operational effectiveness; champion Digital and AI initiatives and structured project management methodologies. Provide strategic leadership to a large, multi-country onboarding organization, develop future leaders via coaching, mentoring and succession planning, and evolve team skills toward AI-enabled workflow orchestration. Maintain a strong control environment, regulatory adherence, 100% effective MCA results and audit protocol support.

Proven experience leading large, complex organizations. Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-wide transformation and change initiatives. Proven project management experience. Strong record of influencing senior stakeholders in highly matrixed environments. Experience balancing client experience, business growth, operational performance and risk management. International experience across multiple countries, cultures and business environments. Leadership characteristics: think like a builder rather than a caretaker, lead through influence, challenge constructively, intellectual curiosity and strategic thinking, connect long-term vision with disciplined execution, inspire high-performing teams, thrive in complexity and ambiguity, strong commercial awareness. Preferred: leadership experience in Financial Services, Banking, Treasury Services, Securities Services or Consulting; experience leading large-scale transformation or operating model redesign; track record in digital transformation, automation or AI adoption; experience in client-facing environments where service quality impacts revenue.
