Head of Finance

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Acting as a strategic finance partner to C-level and business leaders, bringing financial perspective to key decisions and turning data into clear recommendations
• Managing a three-person team covering controlling and accounting
• Owning budgeting and forecasting across the organization
• Developing financial reporting around key SaaS metrics to support better business decisions
• Assessing profitability and financial impact of growth initiatives and recommending investments
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and driving cost efficiency improvements
• Owning cash flow management and FX hedging, including forecasting and cash operations
• Partnering with the Tax Manager on tax-related projects and decisions
• Maintaining and optimizing accounting structures across the group
• Overseeing the capitalization of intangible assets (WNIP)

• At least 3 years of experience as Head of Finance or in a similar senior finance role in fast-scaling companies
• Strong business partnering experience with upper management
• Strategic thinking and strong decision-making skills
• Hands-on mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture
• Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI management
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
• Very good knowledge of cash management and accounting
• Good understanding of statutory tax requirements in Poland
• Good knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
• Fluent English for business and finance communication

• Experience in the SaaS industry
• Experience with payment processor reconciliations
• Familiarity with US GAAP
