Hardware Engineer

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Key responsibilities:

• Define features and functionality of intrusion security system products.
• Perform Value Engineering activities, including cost analysis, design optimization, and alternative component solutions.
• Sustain and improve existing products and maintain project documentation.
• Design electronic devices, including schematics and PCB layouts.
• Select components, manage EOL, PCN, and supply risks, and propose alternatives.
• Simulate, bring up, and debug electronic circuits and hardware.
• Test prototypes, define qualification plans, and support production ramp-up.
• Analyze failures, troubleshoot released products, and participate in design reviews.
• Cooperate with external electrical and mechanical design suppliers.

• Work on intrusion security systems with influence on product cost, quality, and sustainability.
• Stable employment and collaboration with international R&D and manufacturing teams.
• Growth opportunities in sustaining engineering and Value Engineering.

• A few years of experience in product, mixed-signal, analog, or digital electronic design.
• Strong hands-on electronic measurement and debugging skills, including use of oscilloscopes, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers.
• Ability to independently analyze designs and propose robust, production-ready solutions.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Technical university degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience designing hardware for intrusion or security systems.
• Microcontroller programming experience.
• Knowledge of Altium Designer, CADSTAR, or PADS.
• Experience in Value Engineering or sustaining engineering.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and factory collaboration.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
