Fund Accounting Business Analyst

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Lead business analysis activities on assigned projects ensuring successful delivery and alignment with business objectives
• Ensure technical solutions are accurately aligned with business objectives, acting as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams
• Facilitate the adoption of new systems and workflows by business units, ensuring smooth transitions
• Take proactive actions targeted at minimizing and mitigating implementation and projects risk
• Lead process optimization initiatives, establishing a culture of continuous improvement within the team
• Apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues
• Ensure innovative solution for challenging deliveries
• Proficient in MIS reporting to senior leadership team
• Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and/or other team members
• Ability to manage complex programmes and project plans with due diligence
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations

• 7-9 years relevant experience in Business Analysis
• Experience in Funds services domain is a Must
• Detailed practical experience of use of JIRA and Agile methodology
• Expertise in MS Office applications particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Strong analytical skills, detail orientation, and service commitment
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, prioritizes multiple tasks and meets strict deadlines
• Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision
• Ability to influence change at different levels of the organization
• Exposure to global client and understanding of global work culture
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
