Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Handling customer inquiries received via incoming calls regarding technical issues and product functionality.
• Diagnosing reported problems and proposing solutions.
• Providing product-related information.
• Registering requests in internal systems.

• Very good command of Dutch
• Good command of English
• Basic knowledge of household appliances (e.g., washing machines, refrigerators, TVs)
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to work with computer tools efficiently
• Availability of at least 120 hours per month (flexible distribution)
• Willingness to provide services from our office located at 24 Wołoska Street, Warsaw
