Developer Relations Engineer (Java or Kotlin or Node.js)

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

We are building a new internal application development platform for a leading global bank. The goal is to give developers an experience at least as good as market solutions such as Heroku or Coolify within a regulated enterprise environment. The platform will serve around 30,000 developers and around 80% of the bank's workloads are expected to move to it over the next 3–4 years.

You will join an international team of 8 people and have the opportunity to help build a world-class developer platform from the ground up.

• Build and maintain golden-path templates and reusable patterns that accelerate onboarding and reduce variation
• Deliver reference implementations based on real internal projects that teams can adopt directly
• Improve self-service onboarding to enable adoption at scale across the organisation
• Run and support feedback channels, including office hours, a champions network and Teams/email channels
• Turn developer pain points into shipped improvements, either by building the fix or by driving it to the owning team and tracking it to resolution
• Write and improve platform documentation, which is part of the launch criteria and Definition of Done
• Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture and risk/control teams

• Strong hands-on development skills in Java or Kotlin or Node.js.
• Proven experience building and delivering engineering assets such as templates, automation, reference implementations, onboarding materials or developer tooling.
• Practical understanding of developer experience, including standardisation and automation.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both senior management and large developer audiences.
• Ability to write clear technical content (documentation, how-to guides, examples) for large audiences.
• Production mindset covering security, resilience, observability and supportability.
• Self-driven approach and strong collaboration skills across multiple teams.
