Czym będziesz się zajmować?
- Defining and documenting Data Governance operating models and business processes
- Designing processes for managing business terms, business metadata, technical metadata, and data products
- Establishing frameworks for data ownership, data domains, and accountability
- Developing data classification standards and supporting regulatory and security requirements
- Connecting business knowledge with technical data assets
- Designing and documenting data lineage and impact analysis processes
- Working with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define target-state solutions
- Supporting the implementation and adoption of governance processes in the Knowledge Catalog platform
- Preparing project, operational, and governance documentation
- Facilitating workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer
- Supporting organizational change and user adoption initiatives

Key requirements:
- Experience in Data Governance initiatives within large organizations
- Strong understanding of Data Management principles and frameworks
- Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and process modeling
- Ability to document business processes clearly
- Knowledge of metadata management concepts and practices
- Understanding of business glossaries, data dictionaries, and data products
- Experience with data ownership and stewardship models
- Knowledge of data classification and regulatory compliance requirements
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience preparing documentation and conducting workshops
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Work from the European Union region and a valid work permit
- Experience with enterprise data catalog solutions, e.g. Google Knowledge Catalog
- Knowledge of data lineage and impact analysis methodologies
- Experience in financial services or another regulated industry
- Understanding of data quality management practices
- Experience delivering user training and change management activities
