Your responsibilities:

• Assist customers with all kinds of inquiries and provide top-notch service before and after their purchases
• Share expert advice and offer personalized product comparisons, helping customers make smart purchasing decisions
• Manage inbound and outbound calls, aiming for clarity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
• Manage customer data, records, and documentation with precision
• Help customers solve technical issues quickly and effectively

• Fluency in Romanian (C1 level, both written and spoken)
• English proficiency (B2 level) for collaboration with the international team and participation in training
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and the ability to quickly adapt to new tech tools and systems
• Clear communication, strong organization, and efficient multitasking
• A customer-first mindset: approachable, empathetic, and eager to solve problems

• Experience in customer service, especially in e-commerce, tech support, or pre/post-sales roles
