Customer Support Associate with Ukrainian & Russian

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Independently providing customer support services via email, chat, and phone to high-profile clients specializing in internet-based searching and video-sharing platforms
• Ensuring effective handling of customer inquiries and maintaining high service quality standards
• Delivering efficient troubleshooting and query resolution
• Identifying, qualifying and overcoming customer objections
• Cooperation within the time range from Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 6 PM, depending on the contractor's availability and preferences
• Expected monthly engagement of around 130 hours, subject to mutual arrangements

• Fluency in written and spoken Ukrainian and Russian
• Intermediate level of written and verbal English
• Experience in the call center or customer service industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
