Customer Support Associate with Arabic

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Provide high-quality online customer service via email, chat, and phone to high-profile clients specializing in internet-based searching and video-sharing platforms
• Deliver efficient troubleshooting and query resolution
• Identify, qualify and overcome customer objections
• Work in a hybrid model from Kraków, with services provided Monday to Friday between 8 AM and 6 PM depending on your availability and preferences (around 130 hours per month)
• Participate in introductory activities to become familiar with the tools and agreed scope of services

• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic
• Intermediate level of written and verbal English
• Experience in the call center or customer service industry
• Excellent communication skills
• Good analytical and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
