Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Providing technical support to users of home appliances and RTV equipment via incoming calls
• Diagnosing and resolving technical problems
• Providing information on products and their functionality
• Entering requests into the system
• Project operates Mon–Fri 8:00–17:00, with scheduling adjusted to your availability (preferred availability of around 120 hours per month)
• Collaboration on a civil contract with a rate of PLN 60 gross/h plus a bonus system (+2 and then +4 PLN gross/h after reaching tenure and KPIs)
• Hybrid mode possible after 2 months from the office: then 3 weeks from home, 1 week from the office

• Fluency in Danish (B2/C1)
• Excellent command of English (B1/B2)
• Basic knowledge of household appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, TV)
• Communicative, willingness to learn
• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard
• Preferred availability of around 120 hours per month
