Credit Portfolio Analyst

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of credit facility amendments, ensuring customer facility changes and credit approval information are accurately captured and maintained across relevant systems.
• Assess credit facility amendments to identify material changes or exceptions, escalating issues to maintain data integrity and compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze large and complex data sets to surface trends, identify operational gaps, and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with technology, operations, risk, and control teams to resolve process issues and improve credit administration workflows.
• Monitor operational and credit-related risks associated with business decisions and process changes, supporting control activities to strengthen governance frameworks.
• Participate in business transformation projects from problem identification through post-implementation review, contributing to measurable improvements in operational efficiency and risk management.
• Verify that documentation is complete and meets credit policy standards and local regulatory requirements before facility implementation, including due diligence activities such as authorized signer screening.

• 1–3 years of experience in financial services, credit operations, risk management, business analysis, or a related field.
• Analytical capability to synthesize large volumes of data and translate findings into clear, actionable business insights.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings and recommendations confidently to senior stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to produce well-structured analysis and presentations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Knowledge of credit risk, facility administration, or financial products.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Access, SQL, or reporting platforms.
• Exposure to process improvement or business transformation projects within a financial services or operations environment.
