Corporate Actions and Income Payments Analyst

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Processing, verification and record keeping for investment products based on provided documentation/instructions
• Capturing corporate actions and income payment events from the market, creating them in internal booking platforms and overseeing the entire event lifecycle until final settlement (mandatory and voluntary events in global markets)
• Preparing and dispatching letters of announcement for corporate actions requiring client notification
• Collecting clients' instructions for voluntary events and passing them to custodians
• Collecting event proceeds (cash, stock) and distributing them downstream to Citi's clients
• Supporting Investment Operations in daily activities and responding to inquiries related to corporate actions
• Investigating discrepancies, ensuring strong internal controls and mitigating risks in a timely manner
• Maintaining communication with internal and external key stakeholders from multiple global locations
• Contributing to maintenance of internal procedures and operational documentation
• Participating in or coordinating UAT for new operational technologies, products or functionalities
• Performing control over automated processes and promoting improvement initiatives that automate or simplify daily work

• Min. 4 years of experience in corporate actions, settlements or income payments areas (shared service center experience desired)
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent professional experience in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• Knowledge of securities and capital markets
• Understanding of investment products and financial markets
• Fluency in writing and speaking English
• Very good computer and MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook)
• Team player attitude with great communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and willingness to acquire new skills
• Understanding of working in a fast-paced corporate environment

• Previous role in an Asset Servicing department in a global financial entity
• Securities processing experience
• Familiarity with AI engines (Gemini, CoPilot, Claude)
