Corporate Action Analyst

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Creation of corporate actions golden record on a security level
• Processing corporate actions transactions into reference data system on a fund level
• Review and process the elections as made by clients based on the golden record
• Cooperating with internal and external clients as well as with other teams involved in the global process
• Perform control functions in a process, verify transactions booked into accounting system and preparation of accounting summaries/reports
• Understanding of the product and end to end process on the level sufficient for efficient interaction with department management
• Applying analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies to identify process improvements and support the implementation of projects
• Interpreting data and contributing to recommendations for process improvement, and/or the launch of new products/services and upgraded platforms
• Process coverage within EMEA (9 a.m. - 5 p.m.)

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of related job experience
• Basic executional capabilities and beginning to take on more responsibility
• Knowledge of multiple types of investment instruments including Equity securities, Fixed Income and Asset Backed securities
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Access is desired)
• Proven success as a team player
• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken) along with strong communication skills
