Controls, Power & Cooling Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Support engineering design activities for control, power, and cooling subsystems
• Prepare technical requirements, drawings, and specifications
• Support prototype builds and system integration
• Take part in testing, troubleshooting, and verification activities
• Work with mechanical, electrical, and software engineering teams

• Salary range: PLN 14,000 - 20,000 gross per month

• 3–5 years of engineering experience in at least one relevant technical area
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics
• Strong practical knowledge of control systems, power distribution, or thermal management
• General understanding of interfaces between electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to analyze test results and technical problems
• English at B2 level or higher
• Fluent Polish language skills (C2) mandatory

• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink or electrical simulation tools
• Experience with integrated electromechanical equipment
• Background in aerospace, defense, or industrial automation
