Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Market Development team and in-house volleyball experts to turn domain knowledge into engaging content.
• Repurpose topics into social media posts, newsletters, long-form articles, and onboarding materials for specific goals and channels.
• Conceptualize and produce industry research and reports for global campaigns.
• Create, format, and publish content across social media and email marketing channels.
• Track performance data, manage UTM tagging, and optimize marketing activities using actionable insights.

• Work on products supporting sports organizations, clubs, and leagues globally.
• Opportunities for growth alongside the company’s international expansion.
• Collaboration with an international team in an informal and ambitious culture.

• English at C1 level or higher and fluent Polish for daily professional work.
• Knowledge of and genuine interest in volleyball.
• Understanding of the marketing funnel and matching content formats to goals and distribution channels.
• Skills in Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Figma templates, and organizing Google Drive.
• Creativity, organization, consistent delivery, and meeting deadlines.
