Compensation Lead Analyst

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Providing consultation, advice, knowledge and expertise to HR Advisors and business managers on compensation, reward and recognition related issues
• Assisting with the annual compensation planning process for the Technology Business, including salary increases, bonuses and deferred compensation
• Responding to inquiries from HR Partners on compensation, reward and recognition related issues
• Applying technical expertise in compensation principles, practices and procedures in the completion of assignments
• Impacting compensation end results through project management and client relationships
• Partnering with other teams, such as regulatory compensation and deferred compensation, on key initiatives, year-end and day-to-day activities
• Engaging in regulatory projects such as Material Risk Taker Identification, including regular meetings with business heads
• Partnering and consulting with HR Advisors and Compensation Leads to implement and deliver on projects
• This is an 8 month Fixed Term Contract

• Solid compensation / Total Rewards experience, preferably within global banking, financial services or a large multinational corporate environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, nested logic, Pivot Tables and scenario modelling
• Hands-on familiarity with Workday Compensation or enterprise HRIS tools
• Proven capability to provide consultative advice to HR Partners, Regional Compensation Leads and Senior Technology Business Heads
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
