CMS Product Owner

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Owning the CMS roadmap by defining product direction, prioritizing feature requests, and managing vendor relationships with Sanity
• Designing and implementing workflows that streamline operations for content teams
• Designing information architecture, content models, taxonomy, and metadata standards
• Serving as the Point of Contact for CMS integrations with external systems, APIs, webhooks, and third-party tools
• Training content and product teams on CMS capabilities, best practices, and new features
• Monitoring CMS health, identifying bottlenecks, and running improvement initiatives
• Designing and implementing AI-assisted content workflows, automation, and process scaling

• Screening call (30 min) with the recruitment team
• Cultural fit interview focused on collaboration style and communication
• Technical interview covering CMS architecture, content workflows, integrations, and AI-powered CMS workflows
• Final interview (45 min) focused on behavioural aspects, leadership and ownership mindset

• 6+ years of experience in CMS product management, content architecture, or CMS operations
• Deep understanding of CMS structure and architecture
• Experience designing workflows and optimizing processes for cross-functional teams
• Comfortable acting as a Point of Contact between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven track record with AI-assisted content workflows and automation
