Cash and Trade Processing Intermediate Analyst

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely transaction processing with the Transaction Services team.
• Perform complex client setups across applications and manage client inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve root causes of data quality issues and processing errors.
• Analyze data and recommend process improvements and automation to senior management.
• Collaborate with teams to develop and execute automation testing.
• Maintain working relationships with technology support and internal customers, communicating issues and requirements promptly.
• Follow internal processes, regulations, policies, guidelines and procedures.

• Hybrid work, currently up to two days at home per week.

• 2–5 years of experience in financial services, operations or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong client and business focus, service orientation and accountability.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience preparing and delivering presentations to senior management; excellent written and verbal English.
• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, including pivot tables, lookup functions and formulas.
• Ability to collaborate across business lines and management levels, work independently and take ownership of deliverables.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment and quickly learn new processes and products.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools for efficiency and data analysis.
