Back Office Customer Support with English

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Handling customer inquiries regarding technical issues and product functionality
• Diagnosing reported problems and proposing solutions
• Providing product-related information
• Registering requests in internal systems
• Fully back-office role with no phone-based customer interactions (no voice support)
• Work performed from the Warsaw office at 24 Wołoska Street, within project operating hours (Monday-Friday 8:00-17:00, occasionally Saturday 9:00-14:00)
• Flexible cooperation model – you declare your availability within project operating hours, agreed on an ongoing basis

• Excellent command of English (C1), with a strong focus on written communication
• Basic knowledge of household appliances (e.g. washing machine, refrigerator, TV)
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to work with computer tools efficiently
• Willingness to provide services from the Warsaw office (Wołoska 24)
