Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Responsibilities:

• Performing tasks related to user support for a social media platform.
• Handling customer inquiries via email and chat in English.
• Reviewing and processing user-related requests in line with project guidelines.

• Cooperation based on a civil contract with an hourly rate of 31.40 PLN gross.
• Introduction to the tasks, including project guidelines and quality standards.
• Cooperation in a friendly, international environment.

• Upper-intermediate English skills (min. B2/C1), mainly in writing.
• Very good computer skills, including fast and accurate typing.
• Availability to cooperate from the Poznań office.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
• Availability of approximately 140 hours per month.
• Ability to declare availability within the project's operating hours (7:00-24:00 Monday-Sunday).
