Back Office Customer Service (English)

Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Providing support to users of a well-known social media platform.
• Handling customer inquiries via email and chat in English.
• Reviewing and processing user-related requests in line with project guidelines.
• The project operates 24/7. Contractors independently declare their availability within the project's operating hours.

• Upper-intermediate English skills (min. B2/C1) - mainly in writing.
• Very good computer skills, including fast and accurate typing.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
• Availability to participate in an 8-day training conducted on-site in Poznań.
• Availability of approximately 120–140 hours per month.
