Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Managing reconciling and processing positions related to Corporate Action events
• Revising communications and notifications and facilitating postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events
• Reviewing all Corporate Action/Proxy events received and ensuring detailed understanding of processing requirements
• Liaising with all units and departments relating to and impacting clients on Corporate Action Proxy items
• Pro-actively reconciling instructions versus eligible holders and executing client votes
• Researching and resolving all discrepancies within department standards
• Reviewing and updating all processes and procedures timely and accurately
• Identifying and reporting gaps and system enhancement opportunities
• Participating in all testing and successful implementations
• Escalating issues to management and participating in cross-training activities
• Assessing risk when making business decisions, driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency

• 2 years of relevant experience
• Fluent English
• Knowledge of multiple types of investment instruments, including equity securities, fixed income and asset backed securities
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
• Proven success as a team player
